How to Order

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Customers select the desired items.

Step 2: Customers review the information about the item they wish to purchase. Click “ADD TO CART”.

Step 3: Customers are taken to the CART page to check their order and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

You can view and edit your cart by clicking the cart icon. Remove products by clicking the “x” next to the product name.

Step 5: Customers enter recipient information, delivery date notes, recipient details, and a message. Choose a payment method. After completing all steps, click “PLACE ORDER”. Hoathanhnha.com will confirm the order electronically. A staff member will call the phone number you used to contact you and confirm your order. (Please fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) if the system reports an error.)

Note: If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us and provide the information within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not require a VAT invoice within 7 days, we will issue one for walk-in customers.
